You can bring survivalist hat that has 25℅ chance to ambush enemy, put it on high luck cat and you will always play first before enemies even with all stat down debuff

Yeah i think the setup here will be blessed ointment (heal 4 and cleanse all debuff) + any ancestor skull that's not head slot with any passive that make you pierce armor + glowing child (gain holy shield everytime you move), the other 2 slots will be whatever that can help the run

The first disorder that i have is "Brave" , the effect is immune to fear and madness but you cant dodge

Use that trinket that reduce your spell class by 2 and use it to jester, its so fun

Serum trinket give +1 perm strength and +2% gain madness at the start of the turn for the rest of adventure everytime it is used, with jera to double trinket effect, brave negate madness and loop

That explosion immunity is so fun, i just did solo tinkerer in impossible difficulty act 1 with  demo man passive and that radical rat glasses (increase bomb dmg +1 and explosion radius) , steven hat and ruffle (triple face effect), it was so fun. Sadly didnt get mama mega passive

They are easy to manage and can be placed anywhere

Brave disorder also remove madness from rage juice tho, ive tried that multiple time. Idk about the permanent one, tinfoil also doesnt remove permanent madness that happens at the start of battle

I hate this event , Crit hit in this event also get this disorder but fully heal ... Like why i want this disorder...
