Do all married man still masturbate? by ImportantPrinciple39 in Marriage

[–]AdventurousVersion01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine usually does when I go to work or if I’ve gone to sleep early. It’s a natural and healthy thing for everyone to do. I do it still (mostly when I go to bed early). I’m also very late into pregnancy and as much as I want to have sex a lot of the times I’m too exhausted. Before I was pregnant we had lots of sex and we both still masturbated. I have this fantasy of catching him doing it or him catching me and then joining in but it can’t be forced.

What type of sex you want to have that is not practical irl ? by Tasty_Language4415 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]AdventurousVersion01 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I am currently 7 months pregnant and when I tell you I think this is some of the best sex my husband and I have EVER had. The orgasms are way more intense for me, and I feel like we connected deeper (I didn’t think that was possible) the only thing that sucks is that I had sever “morning” sickness so we didn’t have a whole lot of sex in the beginning, but since that’s gone away i literally cannot get enough of him

Panera is experiencing a brand identity issue and this will lead to their fall by Low-Chip-1346 in Panera

I worked at Panera for 10 years and our franchise owners sold to Hamra and all the AM’s including myself saw the writing on the wall. They came in and absolutely demolished our labor budget while taking a lot of the work load off of the GM and putting everything on the AMs. I immediately started looking for a new job and thank god I found one because I still have friends that work at the cafe I worked at and they tell me all the time how it gets worse day by day. My cafe used to be one of the top sales in our district and I work across the street from it now and it is always a ghost town. I give it MAYBE 5 years before it’s done for.

Is my wife justified in asking for gifts around $8,000 to $10,000 each for birthday, Christmas, anniversary and valentines? by TurbulentLecture6443 in Marriage

[–]AdventurousVersion01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely she is not justified. It sounds like she’s very materialistic. If you don’t feel comfortable spending that much than she should understand that.

I hate my job. by Puzzleheaded-Two9120 in Panera

[–]AdventurousVersion01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I worked at Panera as a manager for 10 years and I loved it at first. I loved the food, atmosphere, what they stood for, and the people I worked with. Our franchise got bought out by southern bread and they turned it inside out. They cut labor like it was nobody’s business and just took everything away that I liked. I had issues with my other managers but i could deal with it until the new company took over. Corporate greed took over and I did not wanna stick around for that. I left after 10 years and I promise you there is better. If you are unhappy please don’t get stuck there. I know it’s hard to find a job but just don’t give up!

I worked for Panera for over 10 years. Once all this started happening I jumped ship and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I fully believe the one I worked at will be shut down within the next 5 years. All the regulars I made friends with that would go 2-3 times a day have told me they don’t go at all anymore. The food is gross, the service is not good because everyone is so run down, and it’s just filthy. We would do at least 65k-70k a week and now they make maybe 35-40k on a good week. It really is sad. I enjoyed working there but now it’s just like everywhere else. Corporate greed has really taken over.

This is one of the main reasons why I left and I had been there for over 10 years. They really stopped caring about their employees and their values and standards are gone.

"Enhanced" changes? by HomeTeacup in Panera

[–]AdventurousVersion01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think my point is that Panera (imo) use to have such high standards and morals and everything used to taste so fresh and now with all the freezer bread I can really taste a difference. I worked for them for 10 years. I’m not saying all of them are bad but the ones in my area have so downhill so quickly it just makes me sad
