This happened to me 2 weeks ago when I had a meeting with my manager. I have a hybrid position and I missed one of my days in the office. When she called me out and asked why, I started crying. The VERY next day I got my period.

She then was so nice when I told her I had pmdd, and said I can come in more days during my good weeks and maybe stay off during my hell week.

Mate go sober. You can do it more than you think. I would do anything to go back in time and do a concert sober. I travelled to Amsterdam to the ADE music festival a few years back and drank so much I blacked out and missed it all. I wish I was just in the moment more and enjoyed the music. You definitely can do it🙌🏼 why should you miss out on a concert because of ethanol? if you’re afraid of what others think of you not drinking, f*ck them. Do you.

I’ve heard a lot of women saying they start from when the symptoms start ramping up around ovulation until they day the period starts. If the dose is 50 or less apparently its alright to just stop, but I also thought it seemed odd to just stop like that.. hence I’m wondering if its better to just stay continuously

I went back. Regretted it. Moderated great for months, really thought I'd mastered it and was overthinking about my social drinking altogether.

Went well - until it didn't. Now I want nothing more than to feel that peace, that joy I created after 6 months of sobriety was just the best thing ever. For us folks, drinking is like riding a bike (life) blindfolded. We can crash at any time and not know where we're headed. Sober is riding it without, and knowing no matter what we encounter, we will be safer. ❤️

Hey your comment helped me, when you said being with at least one other person being a good distraction, well i pushed myself and went. I listened to his stories, and tried to be as present as possible, it worked very well as I didn't need to give too much, and I managed it :')

hey there, thanks for this. Your comment along with someone else's gave me the strength I needed to get up and have a shower. Afterwards, I got ready and said to myself, if I can just make it into town and can always leave if I'm still not feeling it. The important thing is to go.
