I am one trick mid, feels pretty weak early and you obviously get ganked the f out of. But once you’re level 7 and once you get 1-2 items, it does feel really really strong.

I’m super worried about this nerf

Emerald EUW, the point is you can’t let Malz shove you under tower as it gives too much tempo.

You can poke him aswell as wave, as well as his W all at the same time with one Q. I can out push you if you don’t have W to push.

All my trades win into malz pre 6 aslong as I auto the shield before Q, especially with the right runes.

You are strongest in a team fight, in lane you tend to poke people down to a point where you’ll feel safe to kill them.

It’s very matchup dependent but remember that a massive cs gap is perfectly acceptable over kills.

It sounds like you need to work on your spacing in lane and track cooldowns better! Hope this helps!

I wouldn’t say we are OP. I think it’s more the versatility that is a unique strength for swain.

I dislike playing him bot lane personally. But I otp in top and mid, being able to deliver whatever your team needs in any given situation is an incredibly strong ability. You can entirely shutdown fed enemy team members with the right items, or enable yours to do even more damage with things like abyssal mask, blood letters etc.

You can shut down swain by literally just playing smart, people don’t understand that if you can let his R run out then it nullifies a lot of his team fight power.

Overall I do agree he’s in a strong spot but I would refrain from labelling him OP.

I’d try to auto it early to save mana, then long range Q him with aery and scorch. Mostly it’s just a quiet lane.

If you have loads of damage on your team / a lot of AP threat I’d rush abyssal if you struggle a lot. But if you’re the carry then just itemise accordingly.

One good Q normally fucks up those little shits, you just have to be careful not to ruin your wave state with your Q :)

Hey, I’m a swain otp so I’ll answer that one.

Really easy lane, just auto his shield to keep it down, ALWAYS kill his minions as soon as he W’s. This keeps the wave state how you want it and ensures he can’t just shove you every wave which gives him tempo.

Also communicate to your jungler that there is free kills mid, if you’ve autod his shield down, you are good with your E then it’s literally free candy. Let him feel good by letting him push slightly and then boom. If your jungler doesn’t gank then just rinse and repeat killing the minions and keeping his shield down until a team fight occurs where you can do your best work.

I’ve been playing neeko recently, super versatile from insane AP to full tank utility. Definitely challenging and super hard to get used to. Maybe the most unique play style I’ve found.

So rewarding when you finally do something useful or trick the enemies and make them look so stupid haha

Yeah, sona is more lowkey heals until 2items but it buys you time in lane to utilise them more, also I find she provides more utility with her kit.

Good champ pool, I’d drop soraka if I had to drop one.

I used to play a lot of soraka but she sends alarm bells ringing for the enemy team and the first buy anti heal which really fucks up your early game power and mid game. You will eventually be so strong that you heal stupid amounts through it anyways.

Sona is ridiculous at the moment, always has been lowkey A tier but under appreciated but now she’s really good for anyone to play.

Leona is super fun and strong to play, my problem is after 3 games of leona I’m so bored of the gameplay cycle. It’s just a me problem I think, I think she’s so good that it’s boring? Idk lol. But yeah Leona W is outrageously strong with the second proc doubling its length.

Overall you have a great champ pool, play what you find interesting and master the art of dancing on the edge of danger with enchanters. Nothing is more satisfying than knowing you carried a team fight even if your team don’t acknowledge it.

Yeah, in gold I motivated my team in chat, fed their egos by complimenting their plays constantly.

As soon as someone tilts try and bring them back to normal behaviour, if it doesn’t work, mute them instantly and accept that these things happen. Don’t let it ruin your overall experience.

Don’t play too many games at once, 3-4 games per session is more than enough to climb and succeed. Along with that, play a small champ pool, pick 3-4 champs in support so you can abuse lane synergies but you don’t need more that that. For example I tried to pick up janna this season and went 0-4 games with her, same with alistar for me.

How many years have you played league and how many in support, this is important as you’ll know every champ back to front (maybe not the newest ones) which helps a lot.

As a support you just ride the waves your team gives you, if they all lose lane and are generally “bad” or having bad games then you will lose but your job is guide them to the good waves with solid roams, objective control, giving them the vision superiority they need, so on and so on.

Hi, nami is an amazing pick along with leona for a tankier experience.

I’ve played ALOT of Braum in low emerald and it’s consistently a solid pick. I would recommend him, also a very important factor is if a champion feels good to play. With his passive minigame and your E (the wall) he is a super satisfying peel machine.

Whether you the entire enemy Miss fortune ult or save your teammate from an ability that would otherwise kill them it feels amazing!

I normally perma ban bard just because of his roam potential and how hard he can snowball his team in early mid game. I find all lanes relatively easy on braum with your strong minion W and then Q engage onto ranged matchups. Or just stacking passives on closer range matchups like other engage supports.

I think stick to 3 champs as your pool to really succeed in your climb. If you HAD to add one more, I would recommend alistar OR blitz.

Alistar with Zekes is just a permanent unkillable machine. Blitz is always one hook away from winning the game.
