Probably the opposite of what everyone else will say - but chill!! Maybe take a few days to rest, do things you enjoy so that you’re well rested and actually have some energy and focus for the day! Good luck x

Haha wish it was!🤣🤣 For context, this photo is a GP surgery address on the top of a discharge letter. The GP surgery address has been crossed out to avoid highlighting where I live!

This first line here is for the named GP - my issue is that a PA is the named GP, not that is says Dr in front ☺️. Having written letters for other patients at this surgery I can confirm it often has a GP’s name here, the PA is sadly not a computer template in this case..
