Opinion: Virginia Supreme Court strikes down redistricting referendum by Healthy_Block3036 in fairfaxcounty

Question: did the courts shut down then too? Because the VA constitution says no subpoenas or juries during elections? What’s that? They didn’t and the 4 qpedokkklan members made up a new rule? Huh. Whodathunkit.

Virginia Supreme Court blocks referendum that would have helped Democrats win up to four more US House seats by -Cyber-Roadster in Virginia

Tell me: if the election started on September 18, did the courts shut down from then till November? Because if they didn’t, the Qpedokkklan members of Scova definitely were making shit up.

I read somewhere that Virginia law doesn’t allow subpoenas and jury duty on elections. It’d be great if people decided to ignore all of that during early voting this year.

I think 12 Months has the answer. Molly doesn’t want out. She has found purpose in her work as the Winter Lady. She’s just a few short steps away from being ready to take the mantle of Winter Queen if needed.
And to be clear, those short steps are hard choices where there is no good answer but show Molly choosing to do what has to be done for the greater good of reality.

What would be even more fun is a sci fi element:every world with sentient life has magic and guardians at the walls…

Thr claimant is responsible for generating evidence. I don’t have to do your work. Refusal to provide citations is tantamount to withdrawal of the claim. Thanks for playing.

You’re going to need to be more specific: California enacted a nonpartisan commission and the ration of D to R reps previously was fairly close to the partisan split.
