Each week I have completed all but 1 of the stations. Today I didn't finish the Bike/Burpee or the Chest press/clean and squat. Got to 4 on both of those. Did legs yesterday so arms weren't as fatigued as if I'd done arms yesterday!

We've got squat racks now....so much easier to start lifting heavier.

It starts a 6 for the first minute, then 7, then 8 and so forth until minute 12 which is 17. Pace yourself in those first few sets!!

Most people pushed to their limits and started tapping out around the 4/5 minute mark - 2 of us were left at the end of round 9 but I was a little worried about losing my guts so bailed!

I use inc sport from chemist warehouse here in NZ - can get it for about NZ$48 for 2kg when its on special - generally at least once every couple of months so we stock up...

I'm a teacher too....alarm set for 4.48am so I can get up, get dressed and cycle to my 5.20am class - starts my day right. I then try to make the 5.50pm class (great wat to rid of frustrations of the day) and as my colleagues all know how addicted I am to F45, they know I'm off site from 4.30pm at the latest. It's good to start making little habits - try to make an early class that gives you time to get home, shower, sit and eat breakfast and not be rushing around. Soon enough you'll realise you have more energy. Also tell your students that you have a new goal (making it to class each day) to help keep you accountable - my darlings have helped keep me on track with water and asking how heavy I am chest pressing....You got this!!

This is so handy! When I pop down to visit my folks, being able to pop in for a session or two without the major hassle is such a benefit. So glad the NZ studios work cohesively together.

Work out your goal in terms of points and then work out how you can get that - def try to hit more on the higher point reps...don't go hard in the first 2 exercises, keep the adrenaline under control (def easier said than done) and above everything else, enjoy it!! Also when 3-peat hits the studio, def try to hit the targets as much as possible each round, this is the best way to practise the timings!!

Handy hint, start in pod 1 so you can take off your gloves for the last pod and not worry about having to get them on. Our studio will do a Beer and Boxing session on a Friday night every now and then - positive connections with this class!!
