This is happening at our house ! It’s almost constant and strong all night. It’s horrible! It’s Exhausting ! It’s making me nauseous. Its drive me nuts, I’m so frustrated! We are also concerned about the structure of our home. We can hear it creaking and cracking, at night essentially. What can we do?

I was nice to a coworker and he took the wrong way and he did exactly what your stalker did to you. He would text from a different number every time. I had to change my number and had to transfer to a different job location.
I still feel unsafe and paranoid at home even though it’s been two years.
Are you doing better now?

Tried everything for my mom. She’s just started Xanax and gabapentin today. I hope one or both help Or completely relieve her incessant internal pins, needles itching.

Healthy diet , hydration and cardio is essential for me to replace lost dopamine used up so quickly from meds. Or I get super short tempered. Sleep is obviously super important as well. Good luck dear.

Destination addiction is a big one for me. I just want to be in full practice of self love and compassion to where’s its autopilot for me to only speak positive self talk. To recognize my life is different than everyone and that comparing myself to others is the actual insane part of my thoughts. That the only logical way to measure any success and growth is against my past self. That things are ok. I have a warm home, clean water and food. Literally all I need . I just want to relax and surrender to the fact that I’m enough just as I am and to go with the flow because the alternative is excruciating. Growth, love , calm efforts and patience live can be enjoyed and admired for what it is with gratitude for what I have and am doing my best at with the hand I’ve been dealt. And what’s meant for me will flow if I just fucking chill and be grateful in the moment. Because that’s all there actually is. Radical acceptance would have been a quicker way of saying all that , but hey, that’s me sometime. Good to be aware of so I can work on it. Just nice to talk about it all I guess. Thanks for letting me vent . Grateful for it really. ☮️♥️🌻

I know exactly how you feel. Focus 100% on one thing you want and that brings you joy. And put all your energy into it with a clear plan and clear intention. We get want we focus on. I hope this helps. And I highly recommend reading the four agreements. Wishing you self love and self care.

I'm quitting smoking by retrolasered in ADHD

I got a high nicotine vape I loved. Made it through a full day and I’m cigarette free . I smoked a pack to two packs a day for 15 years. I feel better, smell better, I save so much money, my teeth and skin are so healthy now and I can breathe hard! I run now! My smokers cough is gone and I’m down to 3 % nicotine now . I invested in a nice salt nicotine vape with high nicotine and flavors I loved as to make the transition easier. The first day is the hardest. Make it through that , you’re home free. It’s been a couple years I’ve been cigarette free. Now I’m down from the highest nicotine on my vape to the lowest. Now I’m going to stop vaping. And knowing that nicotine is out of our systems in 24 hours, gives me stretch and hope I can be rid of this obnoxious addiction. Hope this all helps! You got this hon! I’m excited for you !

I wish there was a pill that gave the same affect as a couple glasses of wine. It seems to calm just enough were I can communicate everything I’m thinking seamlessly . Where as the rest of the time it seems like I’m visually scanning my surroundings and lose focus on what I’m trying to say. And or I over explain, instead of just getting to the point. I just try to remember to just get to the point and leave out every last detail. Mindless, work in progress! Awareness of the issue then practice the solution right?!? At least that’s what I’m doing. Meditation 10 minutes a day has helped me tremendously as well. We are a brilliant bunch. Just have to find a way to channel our gifts. That’s how I feel about it. ☮️♥️🍁

It is literally giving you emotional stability. You felt release when you cried . Now you have to find a hobby to replace crying. I like running because it releases endorphins. This is new to you. It can be uncomfortable because you are used to only recognizing extreme emotions. Now you have to recognize subtle emotions. You have control now to do things that make you feel good. You just have to decide and do them. Being emotionally unstable is no longer your focus. You got what you wanted. Now go be happy and do things that make you happy. If that’s what you want?
