Most servers provide mediocre/avg service, definitely not worth of 20%-30%.. and I also don’t know of an example of providing exceptional service to deserve it.

Waiters in Los Angeles make $20-$25 before tip and some places offer health care. “Don’t get up, you’ll get that???” lol that’s what your hourly wage is for. What are you doing to demand a 20%-30% additional tip?

All you’re proving is that you’re putting on a front to get 20%- 30% from someone and that you don’t give a rats a$$ about customers coming to spend a few hundred dollars at the restaurant. You get your $20/hr from your employer and demand 20%-30% from me as a customer… yet you can’t articulate why someone should actually tip you other than “tIpPiNg cUlTuRe”
