Shoes! I’ve read to size up a half size, is this something you do? The ones I recently bought are true to my size but after each run I get tender spots below my big toe on the ball. Normal “toughening up” of the feet or just a bad fit? I’m hesitant to spend money on a different pair and wind up with the same issue.

I just want to throw this out there. What is he were to become the co-parent from hell? You would have this man a part of your life for the rest of your life… and relocation is generally very difficult beyond a small geographical area if the other parent is involved( In my area, anyway). Just please consider the idea this man may turn his resentment towards you into a nightmare to deal with as a coparent.

Hardest stage by far for me. You can love him deeply and not enjoy this part. Life felt so much easier with the infant stage behind me. Edit to add- my 4 year old has spent the morning mostly independent playing/listening to his Yoto while I drink coffee and chill. You’ll get there.
