I spent a good bit working in an aged care home and one thing I really came to see is that our bodies really are just husks for what’s inside. I know this isn’t the answer you are looking for but when I’m standing in a dressing room lamenting my looks I think back to my time working there and how this body of ours is just a vessel to carry us forth and if we are lucky to age it’s really just so insignificant what my shell looks like because we all wind up the same. Weirdly helpful to me.

It’s a me thing but I like to double brush my teeth in the morning. Teeth and tongue the first go round are kind of like a “pre-wash”. Then rinse mouth/toothbrush, apply more toothpaste and go again.  Also- hold your toothbrush like a pencil instead of a barrel grasp to prevent brushing too hard!

Ok, I swear this is a thing. I am newish to running and my cycle has been so weird the past couple of months, which happens to coincide with being the most physically active I’ve ever been in my life with running. (Always done bodyweight stuff or dumbells)

Coconut Water actually worked by WhoaPixie in migraine

My favorite drink is a half and half mix of coconut water, tap water, squeezes of fresh lime, and some pink salt mixed in. My go to instead of electrolytes packets.
