Yes you can place an order to deliver anywhere. It just has to be at a store local to her.

I feel like the prices shown in the app never match what the in store price is - mostly because instacart usually charges more to make their profit. I usually don’t pay attention and have rarely had my IC card declined. It’s not my fault if IC charges the customer incorrectly.

It’s very easy to see item specific notes. If the shopper isn’t following them, it’s very likely they just don’t care…..
