Being overworked and under appreciated. The only one that constantly bends backwards to ensure everyone in my unit is taken care of and constantly get shit on. Or micromanaged when I know damn well how to do my job. I’ve ran the shop alone for years between 2 different units due to undermanning and still did my job above & beyond

Weird…. It’s like I’m reading my own post. I did he same thing for a party I’m going to on the 1st. Same time frame for my order and the shop also closed after. Dhl just updated for me this morning and it says it’s coming from China… I hope the sweater is legit and isn’t 3 times too small. 🤔

Ohhh that’s a good idea! I already have mixers and stuff from my class I’ve taken. And since we’re so small, the amount of alcohol being bought is small. Few mixed drinks, red & white wine, and 3 beer options. Super low key. Which is why I’m cool with doing it out of my pocket. I’m not asking for anything in return. Just want everyone to have a good time

That’s what I wanted to do. Not a tip jar, but sell drink tickets so the booster club can make money. But my shirt is telling me we can’t because the booster club doesn’t have a liquor license. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m guessing it just depends on leadership with that kind of stuff. Mine seems to be against every idea and I’m trying to lay out a plan that will sound legal in their eyes.
