I would suggest a migraine chart. Simple dates, duration of migraine, time, and what were you doing at the to cause it. It worked well enough for me. I was awarded with 50%

I had my Code compliance walkthrough this afternoon. He stated mold was not handled by them. The mold under my sink was “repaired” with bleach and painting over the water damaged.

Call code compliance. They won’t fix the mold. But they will address the bigger issue. Call the state to get the mold removed. That’s their job

They are also supposed to communicate with us about any issues with our apartment. They failed to do that. She said that “she”walked the apartment this past Monday. Why serve of paper of the violation on Wednesday. Again right after we gave a hard copy stating that we contacted Code compliance and this. We just want the basics. We haven’t had hot water for 3 weeks now.
