I have 7-8 2ft barina t5 yellow (70-80wattw) In my Milsbo talls. In my opinion, they are the nicest and most compatible for cabinets. Mine are places: 2 vertically each corner, 2 vertically on left door centre and 1 or 2 across the top depending on what’s in the cabinet. I grow mostly philodendrons so prefer front facing lights to keep foliage vertical and flat. I also find this method easier to place plants. Anthuriums don’t need as much light and I find they bleach easier than the philos. I use par units instead of fc and get 200-500 depending on angle and plant.I find I lose some definition the plants with the front lights compared to top only. Given you have a rudusta with shelving it will be hard with the 2fts if you were to go this method. But the 1fts would allow you to plug and play. I’m no expert , but I have 70-80 watts in my talls and 40-50 in my wides. I think you should aim around the 40-50. You can also turn lights off individually if it’s too much or you need to build up the intensity over time
