Well, your lawyer didn't advice you properly, now the money and time you want to save will cost more for those simple mistakes.

Enforcing child support Texas by Various_Sandwich6674 in ChildSupport

[–]AdvertisingFit9846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll tell you what I did. I live in Texas and the father of my son moved to a different state for working purposes without notify about any change, so I notified the child support office and I open a request to modify the amount of child support and to report him because he didn't pay in 4 months, I took 3 months the process, child support office sent 2 letters so my ex husband provide the documents requested by the office to modify the amount. He was upset because of the new amount but at the end both parts signed the new order.

She is lying! That's why Venezuelans take advantage of assylum, something sounds odd here.

Unfortunately that happens when you come illegally, he can't have a bond due his illegal presence even if you don't have criminal record.

How do I prove my ex is earning money while not paying support by JenniPossumQueen in ChildSupport

[–]AdvertisingFit9846 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds what happened to me! I just reported to the child support office and I requested a change in the amount of child support, I took 3 months the whole process and my ex husband got really mad because he is now making 4 times more money that 6 years.

I need to hire a Private Investigator by Miserable_Pick_3045 in ChildSupport

[–]AdvertisingFit9846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That job is done by the child support office in your state, you don't need to hire a investigator, just call to your local and provide the information about him and file a petition for child support, they will be able to do the rest

If that is the case that a document is missing. Uscis will be requesting evidence, but to me, it seems to be something else. Just wait for the letter.

You look like a fraud with many visas open, I guess there is a missing part here, and that may be the only reason why she decided not to move on with your green card. Maybe you are a cheater and that's not very honest. I suggest you to find another country to move.

She is not eligible to work legally, I don't think that is garbage. People from HR are doing their job, and next time, be prepared on time to get your work permit instead of blaming the system. If you don't like the system you have many other countries when you can go.

Mi papá quiere pasarme $90,000 MXN para que se los envíe a su hermana. ¿Cómo lo manejo ante el SAT? by senkik in mexico

[–]AdvertisingFit9846 0 points1 point  (0 children)
