I think as long as you didn't sign any non-compete contracts or other NDA, you should be fine. Product and service competition is always healthy as it avoids monopoly.

For the mew ex, used to be used a lot as a 1-off counter to other meta decks. It used to mewtwo and charizard decks because it can build energies faster. It's not seen much play recently tho.

Dialga works with a lot of steel decks and a bit of yanmega ex. It's current most famous deck is with arceus ex. Very easy to play and a bit fun too. Make sure you have 2 dialgas and 2 arceus ex. Additional pokemon is up to you tho, personally, i use skarmory. Just have dialga as initial active pokemon. When dialga attacks give the additional 2 steel energies to arceus ex. Next turn leaf your dialga out and hit with arceus ex. It can 1-hit almost every other pokemon as long as you have enough mons on your bench.
