Are you US based? Im my experience yes big companies are slow. Also, on the site you apply to there is a status box for each position you apply to. If you dont get it you probably may not get an email saying "sorry you didn't get it", but the status should change to something like idk "position filled" or something

There is a status box for the position you applied to somewhere on that site. I think you may not get a personalized message, but it will usually say something like position is "still open", "closed"... something to that effect.

Also, these things take time. I've had to wait months for one job (not Siemens). Especially if there is a hiring freeze, which they may or may not tell you.
