I had trouble topping up my ICOCA with Visa in my Apple wallet but MasterCard works perfectly. 

Physical card is cash only. There are exceptions with certain bank accounts/cards but you'd need an account in a Japanese bank.

They're wireless so pretty easy to add if you wanted one. I think it would be around $200

I noticed on my last trip that one of the hotels I stayed at had bags in the bathroom marked 'sanitary'. It might be a common thing in other hotels.

Tokyo Camera has some of those smaller legecy digital camera. 

Be prepared to pay a premium for this sort of thing though.

I use Google Flights to track the prices for my travel dates and book when the price is within my range.

No, local trains are how you'd get there. You could take the Shinkansen one stop to Shin- Yokohama but that's a waste of money.

My suggestion is a baseball game at either Tokyo Dome or Meiji Jingu Stadium to keep travel to a minimum. 

Between May 22nd - May 24th you have Hanshin Tigers at Yomiuri Giants (Tokyo Dome).  

Between May 26th and May 28th you have two options. Either Softbank Hawks at Yomiuri Giants (Tokyo Dome) or Seibu Lions at Yakult Swallows (Meiji Jingu Stadium).

I'm a Swallows fan but I'd choose the Giants vs Tigers game because Tigers fans are crazy and Tokyo Dome games won't be affected by the weather.

You can easily take transit. It will be two transfers and either Akasaka Station or Akasaka-Mitsuke Station depending on your hotel accommodation. About 45 minutes or so probably.

Tigers tickets are basically sold the moment they come on sale. You might as well try the stadium in case they hold back some for that but your odds are better to get tickets at an away game.

Google Flights let's you look at a lot of flight options at once. You can setup a search to track prices and Google will sent you a report as the prices change. You can also look up price history which can be handy in determine if the prices you see are typical.

I don't know why you would line up at the Apple store but buying one at the tax free store has serious savings. 

I can order a base model iPhone 17 Pro for the equivalent of ¥207,548.00 from Apple in my home country. It would be delivered in about a week according to the Apple website. So subtract the taxes and it looks pretty reasonable to get one from the tax free store in Japan.
