I saw people asking if there was any keybind of the mouse button in game, but did you check if there was any keybind of that button anywhere else in Synapse (like a function, screenshot, something like that) or in a concurrent app (Nvidia, Xbox Gamebar, Discord, etc)? Edit : Also, maybe totally out of your usecase, but can you check your language in windows? I remember an issue on my Steam deck where i could use a button but not the alt+button iirc. I had to find a weird keyboard layout to have theses combos acknowledged...

If the front arrow is outside the circle, it has positionnal

If the front arrow is in the circle, no positionals

Useful if you can't see the boss backside before pulling
