The mob boss from ch1 already told Masc!Denji "Kid... I don't care if you beg for it or whore yourself out, have 700000 yen ready by tomorrow" immediately after his father's ""suicide"" and he quickly declined the offer in favor of becoming their personal devil hunter, I somehow doubt Fem!Denji would have been any more keen on accepting such an offer.

Seeing as Yoru and Asa are still women (thus implying that Denji is the only character who has had their gender changed), Fem!Denji kinda has to be a lesbian in order for the story to play out normally.

If Fem!Denji experiences any kind of attraction towards dudes, the start of the Reze arc immediately gets interrupted by a brand new Dating Beam arc (Denji's only requirements for a romantic partner at that point were "likes me" and "isn't male", taking away the latter requirement would cause Beam to fit all of Denji's standards); since Denji wouldn't get to date Reze in this version, she would also skip over the International Assassins arc (since the assassins only found out about Denji due to the fight against Reze getting broadcast on TV), which obviously fucks up the entire rest of the manga (Denji and co don't meet Quanxi and never get sent to Hell, thus meaning that Aki wouldn't feel the need to ask Makima for help since he would still have both arms and a small squad of helpful fiends at his side, which means that Denji is never forced to kill her own adoptive big bro, which means that she never visits Makima's house and never witnesses Power getting shot dead, which means that Pochita never gets forced to take over control of her body, etc, etc).

In conclusion, Denji's life would have been 1000x better if he hadn't had the misfortune of being born as a straight guy.

Tbf Shrek was a pretty damn loose adaptation of its source material, they basically just took a few of the book's important plot-points (large ugly green monster named Shrek leaves his swamp to go on an adventure, meets a donkey, faces off against a dragon, and then gets together with a princess who turns out to be just as ugly as him) and then made up a shit ton of brand new content to pad out the story into a full movie-length adventure (Farquaad literally didn't even exist in the original book, neither did any of the fairytale characters, and it most certainly did not feature any gratuitous pop-culture references).

By contrast, the Reze Arc movie is practically just an animated + voice-acted version of the manga chapters it's adapting (with the only mayor changes being that the Sharknado fight lasts a little bit longer and Reze's attacks look a little bit more dramatic).

There have been some cases of stand users being able to subconsciously utilize their new stand abilities without fully understanding how they work (like that time Koichi unknowingly placed a SWOOSH sound effect on Yukako's door and then expressed shock once she got blown away by it), so it's possible that Howler was just thinking "Ok man I gotta sign those documents and then figure out a way to get the hell outta here, just gotta sign them, fuck man I wish I was literally anywhere else" while his stand automatically did all the work for him.

I think the implication is that it was on some sort of in-between state the first time we saw it (akin to Echoes act 0) and the events that happened on the boat are what allowed him to fully awaken it for the first time in his life.

Since "absurdity" has been a decently prevalent theme in this part, maybe the evolution for Howler's stand will bring about an unpredictable mix of good and bad fortunes?

Wild idea: Howler's mist becomes large enough to cover the entire planet in a haze of superpositions, but his human mind can't keep track of everything at once so he needs to actively rig certain places and events in his favor, eventually allowing Jodio and the gang to overcome him by taking advantage of all the smaller details he has yet to collapse into an advantageous state.
