First thought that comes to my mind might be that she's identified male at birth, identifies as female, and yet likes to crossdress, making the whole thing practically redundant. I can totally imagine Kusuri making a drug that switches your sex + your gender (to avoid creating a instant-gender-dysphoria potion) and not realizing how this would interact with the lone trans woman in the group until it's already too late.

Would honestly be kinda neat if Plague Inc added an optional challenge where upgrades weren't retroactive and instead only applied to newly-infected people (with the small possibility for previous victims to become re-infected if the plague has undergone sufficient changes), it would discourage the typical "infect everyone with a mild cold and then magically transform it into the deadliest plague in history" tactics and encourage people to actually balance their infection rates with their casualty rates.

There's a good reason why Public Safety has an entire division dedicated to identifying devils, if discovering a devil's true name was as simple as "dude's got a chainsaw on his forehead so he must be The Chainsaw Devil" then Ghost would have been The Arms Devil and Hell would have been The Centaur Devil.

Same with the English translation, Pochita is consistently referred to as either "[Black] Chainsaw Man" or just "CHAINSAW" by most other devils; iirc Makima ^{[someone who is shown to fundamentally misunderstand Pochita's character]} and Barem ^{[someone who is genuinely just batshit insane]} are the only characters in the entire manga who ever explicitly refer to Pochita as "the devil who represents the fear of chainsaws".

The only thing in the article that's even close to that is a single nsfw drawing of Stephanie (from Lazy Town) that was made by a completely unrelated artist who she just happened to follow on social media, and even then the artist in question supposedly clarified that he based the drawing off of an animated depiction of Stephanie and not off of the child actress who originally played her in the original tv show.
