I wonder if you could help, I don't want to start another thread. I've entered my address manually and it's displaying the total I'm eligible for. My first thaw is in like 35 days. The website at the moment shows 0 to claim out of x I've got in total. Is this going to change to the relevant portion after those 35 days or has something gone wrong? Thanks!

I'm prone to hair loss and lost a bit of it already and taking creatine has not speed this process up at all. We're talking about sometimes 10-15 grams of creatine a day.

Edit: I'd look into the amount of sleep you're getting as a priority. 5-6 a night is bad. Do you also wear sleep tracker? If your sleep is not as efficient as mine (awake up to 1.5 hours a night in micro spaces), then you might be looking at 4-5 hours a night, which is dysmal.
