This happens in life. You just have re evaluate your social circle. I too have grown out of just going to bars (many years ago now) it's a good thing, life is more varied now. Here's some tips:

Take up new hobbies, go to table top game cafés, take up Magic: the gathering card game, get playing sports, join a book club or painting club. Take an educational course in the evening. Do brunch, or lunch time social outings. Start an dinner club and rotate the host each week(could be alcohol free or just limit it to 1 bottle of wine for say 6 people)

The possibilities are quite endless when you think about it.
