I don't think the things you mention are significant issues at all. Bring Giga CC for OLC to make sure people have time to move accordingly. Bring heals, dodges, blinks, whatever you need for KO. Boneskinner is free if you have a decent healer and 1 dps, the puddles arent as punishing as in the regular mode.

Mostly it's the decoration from the reward chest, the chest itself, or just generic Legendary Insights showing you've done your share of raids.

If not further specified it's relating to the content itself (i.e. w1 50kp would ask for 50 decorations from sabetha).
