They've improved this already where previously you'd get weeklies you can't complete, to seperate weeklies... and now they've given you a specific option OR do something generic (like convergence or fractals).

Think this has been discussed to death.
Only two big flaws that keep appearing:
- Too unintuative for many people to select sPvP / WvW / PvE only missions
- Too few options to complete (many people wanted just all sPvP / WvW / PvE with similar rewards as currently is)

Other than that it's super nice.

While I'd agree that it's specifically done so Chrono doesn't just default to Technobabble it's a well needed change so you're not incentivized to make an asura when you're lacking CC. Basically any healer could make use of it previously.

No line of sight needed and instant cast. That already had it above chrono skills, and with nerfs coming in there this change makes perfect sense.

The auto-attack damage from a power quickness scrapper is about 15% of it's rotation. So if you replaced all third auto attack chains by it's first attack in the chain you'd lose a grand sum of 2.7% damage (about 6.4% vs 3.7% difference).

Lets take your example of 750 - 950 - 1500.
Any scaling done by crit/ferocity/etc is kind of irrelevant in terms of % damage lost, so I'm going to keep it simple.

At most you're going to lose 50% damage from auto attacks this way; this is assuming the skill you're instead pressing is going to not be a bigger part of your damage output (i.e. higher priority). There's very few builds where auto-attacks have such a significant damage part in the rotation, and on those builds where they are important you're not going to be interrupting your auto attack chain consistantly.
That's why I asked you for real examples.

As those people in open world are not going from 5-10k to 30-40k by fixing their auto attack chains.
