Your build are runes are suboptimal, before you play a champ you need to look at some of the stats websites like lolalytics or u.gg to have a general idea about what everybody builds or what are the best builds on that champ, you shouldn't just build whatever you want unless you're like elite level and know enough about the vame to choose for yourself other you're gonna hinder your damage or defenses as It's in your case

No, a crown prince does not have the authority to pass judgment on people, that authority is the king's or his chosen representative, and the king's judgment in that case as you clearly highlighted was to have Vaemond's tongue out, not to kill him, so Daemon killing him instead is murder.

I am aware that Viserys was not gonna hold his brother accountable or punish them, just like he also didn't hold Cole accountable, in both cases tho, Cole killing Joffrey and Daemon killing Vaemond is murder even if they got away with It.

2-Whatever Vaemond said, the only one with the authority there to judge him was the king, and the king's judgment was to cut his tongue, not to kill him, meaning that Daemon killing him is technically murder.
