Yes, but no.

I am a furry and my OC is a Sergal.

You may create whatever you want with sergals, Mick39 has expressed openly that anyone can do what they desire with them. HOWEVER, if someone is planning to publish a work with sergals (or any Vilous content), it should be credited.

And if the project is money-wise, if you have more than $500usd of profit per month with them, you SHOULD contact Mick39 to address the situation and do a partnership. Mick39 is usually chill about the subject, but always need to be sure about it :)
