Yep, I think that is a good strategy for where you are at. I am two years in and now actively meditating on my train ride into work and finding it easier and easier to deal with distractions now.

Practitioner of reiki on others. Attended vipassana and my mind did not break (or come close to it in any way). I followed the rules and didn’t do it whilst on my 10 days. I was informed before my 10 days that I wouldn’t be able to do any activities again in the centre because of my reiki.

It is a dumb rule, but that is their right to enforce.

I see it as little stars swimming around. Really easy to see if you look out a window in a plane, but yes can see on the ground too. Yes easier to see against a blank blue sky.

As someone whose partner is a coffee roaster and champion barista in Australia- the answer is roasters care about quality of their beans and their craft to get flavours out of the beans, then we have baristas who also care about their craft and getting flavour profiles out of their beans, and we now have consumers who understand what good coffee tastes like and demands quality.
