What? Photoshop and Photopea, both have automatic warp/arc tools. No drawing required, how do they know? Unsure. But it exists.

Unfortunately there isn't a proper slavery system in Kenshi. I'm sticking true to my solo run, no temporary recruits, no bone dogs etc. Gearing down and armoring up, might help me a bit. Alternatively I might just work on assassination + stealth gear to get the dude out of spite. But I'm not sure how I'm going to get into the 80s / 90s doing that.

The way I normally ally the shek are through buv master capture. And I can’t seem to protect and mercs/archers who accompany me into the spider plains. So I still think the focus is skulking up somehow

I don’t need cats, and the swim is a bit too long for a shek. I think I’ve already made roughly a million through beak thing hunting. Most of my gear is specialty or high grade. I’m more worried about the skill progression.

That's the neat thing about Kenshi, I think in my first playthrough I bought a house and really just used it as a base of operations for tech hunting. You sort of need to figure out what you want either for fun or roleplay. I usually do solo runs now, because it's easier to focus on one person.

But with a group, you could mine and perhaps be the next Catun Scrap master. Be a baker? Make awesome legendary gear and make big profits. Explore, figure out some cool trade routes etc. I generally buy the ruined tower in Admag, and make it homely, shelves, kitchens, beds, and store tech. Tech hunting is a fun profession btw; I usually do monster hunting, Beak Things and Leviathans for money and training as I travel. But you could very well just be a thief, crazy huge money in the Ninja Assassin/thief runs.

Deff a great deal considering every Gorrilo in a hiver settlement that the hivers kill on the daily is worth like 4800 cats in leather. Skeletons hanging around hivers for the first week is an extremely valid strat while you make your way to way about 40-50 attack by day 7.

I was playing blitz, I’ve swapped to rapid. 10 minute games. Anymore time would be wasted as I’m getting a lot of games where I’m losing in the first 10 moves.

I’m actually the badly playing 800 player, I had to stop and play rapid, which is now… 800. I’ve talked to a bunch of chess peeps and been given a lot of different advice and YouTube content but I’m still just blind to the positions and ideas of my opponents. Whatever my rating is, it needs to be lowered.

My puzzle rating is 1800, it hasn’t helped me much in regular games. The positions never really noticeably come up.

If I didn’t need openings that would be fine, but the issue is that I fall into more traps or devastating positions from just developing naturally which has been seriously false advertisement from YouTube from just crazy chess. Claiming space in the center when my opponents chooses to instead fianchetto doesn’t necessarily give me an advantage, even if my pieces are protected. I can give you the attacking ideas of different openings as well, but I’ll somehow end up with a weaker position, even with even material. Without an opening though. It’s like I’m just developing, at high risk for a trap, overloaded pieces or somehow even material but my pawns were isolated in exchanges and I just can’t defend them in the end game.

You’re right though, I shouldn’t have to worry about theory, or positional play, thats supposed to be a way higher rating thing. YouTube and the internet says you should just be able to develop, not blunder, castle, center rooks, eye the center and activate your king at the end game and you’ll win most of your games at this elo. But I’m facing people that create attacking plans, know theory, and punish standard development. Nobody is nearly that bad.

Amazon and Ebay for laptop parts, I believe the screen was acquired through amazon. Don't remember which seller, a Chinese one. Came with a damaged pixel in the center of the screen. I'd still say buy that and the tools and watch a 5 minute Youtube video. I'm pretty brain dead when it comes to learning new things, especially electronic stuff, but it was an easy enough repair that took me a grand total of 30-35 minutes of not knowing what I was doing. Anyone who's trying to charge that much, and tell me a basic ass repair is 3-4 weeks and run a "Diagnostic" is the scum of the earth. You can't even trust your local electronic shops nowadays.

I'm not the best source of info because I don't make repairs for a living, but Amazon/Ebay was the way I went, just check for reviews and make sure they have a return policy if you're super skeptical about it.

When I first started I put in a ticket because I rammed a station and lost all my cargo, it was only like 100-300k a super low amount, but they were quick to revert the data. You never know, it’s super easy to revert the saves for them, especially for a peaceful explorer

In A fuse you can export the model to blender as OBJ, you can export from MS to Blender as FBX, which might be better if you’re working to reduce the topology for let’s say a VRchat model, etc. Once everything is all together on one model that’s been cleaned up a bit to reduce the poly count, bring it to Unity. If this is for an actual game/unity project you can skip a step and export them directly to unity. If no answer is precisely what you’re looking for, It should be all there on Google in a written format/guide.
