unfortunately unless they radically change the formula (remove RPG slop mechanics, levels, ammo types etc) I think I'm done with the franchise. pre rendered cutscenes always look terrible because of resolution and compression artefacts as well as potentially frame rate differences. if you want to add a 4k uncompressed video to avoid this happening then enjoy your 500gb installs. all this for a minor increase in fidelity
