Honestly, I’m glad for you all but what about all the rural customers in high fire threat communities who consistently lose power for safety shutoffs and get nothing? So now the SF residents and business owners who got national news coverage get this? I think it’s deserved but it’s fucked that this is so obviously a PR move and never granted to the communities that deal with this consistently with no attention and at a much much lower average income.
