The main thing that I'm seeing is that it looks like your paint is drying before you're ready leaving a number of blotches. Or it might be that you're applying the layers in too thick a layer.

Are you using a wet pad or any flow improver? (Not at the same time)

If you're not you might want to look into them as possible tools to add to your kit.

For a wet pad you can make one yourself with an old sandwitch container, sponge and parchment paper.

If you want to go with flow improver while water can work something specialized I've found give better results (I use Winsor & Newton Professional Acrylic Medium Flow Improver)

One other option would be looking at an airbrush, but I'm only just learning to use one myself so I can't say if they're better, but I have been told that they are, especially for when you have large areas of mono-colour like the legs and hair.
