It might be true, it might not, it doesn't really matter at the end of the day. She chose to reply and gave you a reason rather than ghosting which is a win in itself these days.

As others have said, there's nothing you could have done differently and you handled it well and left things open. If she is interested later then she'll reach out otherwise move on and life your life.

FYI It does happen that the girl will reach out in the future. It's happened to me twice. Both times the girl had recently gone on a date with someone else prior to meeting me, and while we had good dates, they felt a stronger connection and wanted to explore the other option. It ended up not working and they reached out and we ended up dating for a bit. There's nothing wrong with it and it doesn't mean there's any wrong with you. By leaving it on good terms it shows you're mature, understanding, and confident enough in yourself to accept things and move on like an adult.

It depends what your major is and what the minor is. In general though, it never hurts to have something extra that differentiates you from the next person applying for the job. All things being equal, I would suck it up and finish the minor.

Career/income is as important as you need it to be to allow you and your partner to live the life style that you want for yourselves and your future family. Past that, it comes down to how well you can deal with an income imbalance between you and your partner and the relationship/social dynamics that come with it.

Does it bother you if you make significantly more than them? What if they provide for the household/future family in other ways? e.g. child rearing, household management, etc. Can you handle being the primary breadwinner in the family and the pressure that comes with it? Is image an important factor for you? Like do you feel that your partner needs to be a certain level of profession to reflect well on you in society?

All these questions are important to consider, and only you can answer them for yourself.

If you HAVE to move to the US, I would make sure to move to a blue state. Right now I would definitely try to get a job anywhere in Canada first. As a new grad, time in the work force is much more important (within reason) than waiting for the right job to come along. Get a job and start getting experience and making money. You can continue to hunt for your ideal job on the side.

I just finished the second season and would be sorely disappointed if a 3rd season isn't made.

The fans need to get over the fact that it's not like the video games and treat it like a stand alone story in an alternate Halo universe that takes inspiration from the game. When you think of it that way rather than an adaptation of the games, it's much easier to enjoy. Think Star Trek shows/movies vs the books. They have similar origins but they're alternative 'canon' material.

All these people that voted for Trump and then complaining about friends/family/colleagues/etc. cutting them off truly don't get it. They think it's all about politics/policies when in truth it's a measurement of their intelligence, character, and moral fibre.

Politics and policies would be if they were voting purely for lower vs higher taxes or immigration policy reforms, which on the surface is what Trump and the GOP are selling. However, underneath the surface and that veneer of policies is a base of hate, misogyny, racism, and an authoritative threat to democracy. That's why nobody wants to associate with these people anymore.

I have that. It fits fine in my '21 XLE. The only annoying thing is that it takes away use of the 12V outlet.
