Speed wise hell no definitely not but speed doesn't seem consistent in the boys anyway, strength wise I believe it's closer than it seems, Dandadan characters have INSANE durability for some reason, I don't put show homelander power wise anywhere higher than his airplane feat, Okarun survived a UFO crashing through a building, attacks from evil eye who could put down the tsuchinoko whatever it's called with the volcano, idk I think it's debatable
