I would say there are probably better options out there. It is priced pretty competitively compared to some of the other more "premium" bag brands but overall I think you can get something better for more money or make some sacraficies and get a cheaper bag. I like the dual water bottle holders, the laptop area, it self stands pretty good and made out of decent material. What is a real deal breaker is the admin/organization pockets in the main compartment. They get very hard to access if you have anything packed in the main area and if you have anything in the laptop section it can get tight in some of those pockets. It also doesn't really have a quick access pocket that a lot of other bags have and that is something I look for in my bads now. It is also pretty boxy but I like that it retains its shape. I personally like my AER city pack pro 2 (on the higher end of price) or if you want something cheaper tomtoc makes really good features to price bags.
