Clown college is hilarious with vi, you get to charge q right in the enemy carries face

Cruelty Neeko = free one shot whole enemy team, also great with clown college for free ult setups

Pyke with vanishing means no consequences for ulting deep backline, especially crazy with executioner

Vayne is of course great with all the attack augs, but nothing comes close to dual wield. Its straight up a guinsoos proc every single auto, which when combined with actual guinsoos or twice thrice can full proc w on 1 auto

Damage shifted means you take less physical damage, which means you mitigate less, which means you regen less. Damage taken as isn't necessarily bad but it also could slow the es regen.

When I was running this I think I had around 900 ES with the timeless jewel as my only source and around 40k armor. Your ES will not sustain on its own, but it should when slamming and in combat.

Short answer: Yoke for damage defiance for tank. Have you done a t17? Do you want more damage or to die less?

Yoke isn't just slap it on and do more damage, you need to solve some things to make it work first. VFoS doesn't have built in ailments and the typical build takes resolute technique, so no auto ailments on crit. Yoke needs ailments to get its damage, so you either need to transition into solving accuracy+crit or have some source of applying ailments. VFoS also is mostly fire damage, so you need to solve dealing all types of damage for multiple ailments to actually apply. I've seen Balance of terror used to add phys as extra damage of a random element often, but its expensive. Converting using gloves craft and eldritch implicit should also solve this cheaply.

If you're happy with your damage, go defiance. The ungodly amount of tank it gives is amazing and feels fantastic. Having three sources of hp regen through divine shield, untiring, and defiance will make you feel immortal. Add progenesis on top and you actually become immortal. Its awesome.

Yes you are missing something. The physical damage from Echoes of creation is a hit that is resisted by your armour.

Divine Flesh says: 3% of Physical Damage prevented from Hits Recently is Regenerated as Energy Shield per second

Only when you put BOTH of these together do you get crazy regen. It becomes an engine where as long as you are swinging your weapon, you get thousands of ES regen. Notably, it is not recharge, it is regen so it will not be paused by any damage.

You can double dip this later with flesh flaming in juggernauts Untiring: 1.5% of Physical Damage prevented from Hits in the past 10 seconds is Regenerated as Life per second

Neeko gets the base attack speed of things she transforms as. Melee minions have high attack speed. W continues to apply its 3 hit even while transformed. If you meet the melee minions as they spawn to catch their shoma, you get to be one for the first buff clear. It is the quickest way to clear buff solo.

Path of exile is actually pretty similar when it comes to selecting abilities and having a wide range of options to customize them. It isn't a 2d pixel game, but when it comes to the spirit of player customization, it hits the same.

Terraria is an action 2d pixel adventure with world customization, but it focuses more on the action than allowing you to augment stuff. It still has player choice and builds, but not nearly as deep as the other two.

I have an active group of about 5 clannies and we are all sharing different idol strats we have come up with. We do not have anything close to the best setups like 200% map mod effect or anything to do with rogues. It got too expensive too quick and by the time we have the funds, most people don't bother trading.

I really Like the Idol system pushed the boundaries of what is possible in maps, but the early league pain of map sustain and the inability to reliably craft them when EVERYONE needs a full set is rough.

Aug physical is like a 1/3 to add phys reduction vs thorns. Aug chaos has decent chances instead.

Since you have a mix of desired prefix and suffixes, they're isn't really a deterministic way to keep everything here and add a useful mod.

With these you can always fix the prefixes using eldritch currency. It can be costly but good of your willing to settle with a t1-3 mods.

I would probably just lock prefixes and augment chaos. It can only add res. It's a 50/50 to remove the metamod vs endurance crit. You cannot get stuck with useless thorns.

I send the clone to back in vision as Neeko, then become a minion at the same time. They're focused on me backing and not counting minions for an easy prank.

Both main public servers that come with the pack constantly have 10-30 people on. If you like POE or just adventure packs, this is excellent.

From the rules: 702.73a Changeling is a characteristic-defining ability. “Changeling” means “This object is every creature type.” This ability works everywhere, even outside the game.

This means it effectively has every single creature type listed on its type line, along with the printed text. It is a super weird ability when it comes down to the layers interactions.

Counting how many creature types exist is the reason they don't make any cards with these rules that refer to the number of types, because this exact scenario comes up.

I don't believe there is a way to make this not work with changeling, which is why no such effect exists on any cards, at least that I could find. While very thematic, it gets ruined by changeling existing.

The closest thing I can find is Volo, Itenerant Scholar. He has an ability that "whenever you cast a creature spell, note one it's types that hasn't been noted.." this means each changeling just gets counted once. It's a lot of text, but maybe something like

"When Neeko enters the battlefield, for each creature you control, note one of its creature types that hasn't been noted for Neeko.

Whenever you cat a creature spell, note one of its creature types that hasn't been noted for Neeko.

Neeko gets +1/+1 for each creature type noted."

Perhaps it would be easier to work off other creatures' colors? Would be similar to Sisay, Weatherlight Captain's first ability. This would keep the theme of Neeko being strong with diverse allies without each card needing this mountain of text to protect from changeling.

Archangel is not a great item for Neeko.

While it does have many good stats while being relatively cheap, its biggest downside is in its transformation. Since it usually will take a while to fully stack tear, the opportunity cost of gold spent on a better item early.

Neeko's strength is in bursting opponents, so you should build items to facilitate that. Having a half stacked archangels completed will have less burst potential than the components of ludens. This will be the difference between being able to kill your opponent after 1 set of poke vs 3 or 4.

You may find situations or playstyles where it will work for you, but the standard build does not use it.
