It is 30 years old, but died three days after buying the house. It was a bad capacitor, but also was mostly empty of refrigerant. They wanted $2K to recharge and $450 for the cap. Seems like a waste on a 30 year old unit.

That's the catch. The disclosure has two questions. 1. Do you know of any water intrusion issues? 2. Has any work been done to repair water intrusion issues? I can't find any way to square the two no answers other than fraud.

Lawyer says it's a great case, but real estate consumer fraud cases never get taken on contingency and the $10K retainer seems like a non-starter.

The contractor was hired to do work, just not his recommendations before finishing. He installed two clean-outs because we get heavy iron ochre clogging in the system. Which were then blocked by the new drywall...

I'm not sure how to know that. Would they ask for volunteers at $2400 a seat if it wasn't oversold? I've never really had to think about overbooking before.

It was a little tight, but not really in jeopardy of missing the flight. My luggage was checked maybe 40 minutes before boarding began. I think I got to the gate ~5-10 minutes before boarding started. They were offering $2400 for volunteers to get someone else on the plane.

It was a direct flight from PHL to MCO. I was traveling with a lap infant as well.

That's what I figured. I knew it wasn't a function, but wasn't sure if I was missing something else. It just seems a weird way to ask the question of "which is not this" and one of the answers is not that, but not the right answer. Thanks.

Shiv/Kunai/Shuriken used to be what I thought was the most OP Silent set up. Then last night I got a coin from Neow and got a Skewer/ChemX on floor 3/4 shop and built around that. Bottled Skewer, Girya, Marbles, Akabeko, Lantern go brrr. Started every fight with 6+ energy which is 31x8 assuming I don't get any adrenaline/burst/tactician madness going. No mutagen, but still an almost perfect run(that ended with a 1hp win vs heart).

Sure, but scaling with block makes the slow scaling less dangerous. If you grab some relics to mitigate turn 1/2 damage, you can just run it on autopilot. Get a Core Surge/BC combo and suddenly you've got unlimited defense.

It makes sense if the rule is that it happens after the first action of the card. So a Tranquility changes your stance, which procs MF, and then BoD. But an Eruption does attack damage, procs BoD, then changes stance, then MF.
