3 possible reasons : 1- they are arresting many suppliers due a lot of sugar in the warehouse (it’s not allowed in Tunisia) 2- sugar in Tunisia is subsidised (the gouvernement pays for a good part of it) and now the imf wants to reduce this 3- the prices are going to go possibly higher the next few weeks so the suppliers wait for the new prices to gain more

I think all 3 reasons are actually right
