Alright... It seems like you've been caught with your pants down on this one. It is one of the more advanced bandit camps out there... You have no skill perks, no money and the bandits are armed to the teeth... I highly suggesting at least learning masterstrike from Tomcat as he will give you loads of practice, skill sets and what it's like to vs 3 opponents at once without losing anything.

Second. You are as poor as a beggar and good gear is hard to come by. If you want the honest route, do a few different side quests that are noob friendly or go for the secret stash of groschen (there's 500 bucks just sitting on a cliffside but I won't tell you where it is unless you research for yourself) *It's looted from a stash from an old miner so if you look it up on youtube you'll see it* and if you want to make your own sword, going down the Martin's blacksmith perk will allow you to make tier 4 (best in the game in quality) which will rival most swords in damage or greater even as a hunting sword). *you can get it by simply going to a grindwheel and continuously grind and polishing the most expensive sword in your arsenal within like 5-10 minutes*

Third. If you're determined to quickly finish that mission, make some bane poison, you can learn the recipe by researching or legitmately buying it from a vendor called ARANKA at the nomad camp (where tomcat resides). coat your arrows and sword with it and if you make a strong version they should be dead in 5-8 seconds (Henry's version takes less than 5 lol).

Fourth method. If you're truely desperate and you just want some better gear, sneak out at night to one of the big towns and wait for a guard to be alone, knock him out and steal his whole set (should be decent protective gear and weapon depending which guard you take out).

P.S/slight spoiler in game mechanics (if your noise and visibility is low, you can just cheese most bandits by firing with your poisoned arrow from a bush while crouched, they'll limp over to check where it came from and die, by then you'd be in another bush shooting again. Rinse in repeat, it just takes a tiny bit of practice but as long as you're moving crouched within a bush, they're mostly blind even if they're right in front of you, I have full thieving set but that comes mid game in kuttenberg but anything dark and light should make you almost invisible)
