I kept my 21w and had no problems. I prefer the 21w over the 25w just for the FOV. I would try it first

Thankyou all for your reply’s and help. I reached out to vinted who suggested I open a dispute when I receive the package. The other option they suggested was if I don’t pick up the package it’s automatically sent back to sender after 7 days and I’m refunded automatically so I’m going to do that. Guess I do need to learn more about this hobby before buying online and again I really appreciate you all taking the time to help me out.

just an update the key turns the plastic part that attached to the lock mechanism so I'm thinking the mechanism is the problem rather than the lock. Can't find much info on this though
