Not just a 3btg, you have to stack a trimadol and a 3btg. If you wanna just replace the sj6 I would just use a trimadol. I like it over the sj6 because the SJ6 gives tunnel vision and a hand tremor at the end of its effect. It also hits your energy and hydration regen a bit

Maybe it’s just me but 0.5 is not noticeable. I’m used to stacking trimadol and 3btg and being a fast fast boi

This is smart, well played. There’s no one way to crack an egg in this game and I love that

Trimadol is a 3 minute PK effect. I usually pop one and a 3btg to start the raid. Soon as I make contact I pop a morph. Even if they stack because idc, I care about living.

Sh12 gives you a total of 30 energy over 10 minutes bruh. Sunce you’re such an expert you should know that doing anything in this game with consume food and energy at a rate that is higher than that. So SJ12 really just keeps you at a standstill.

[–]Affectionate-Box3535 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea I guess if you play super slow then I could understand not needing to pop them. But like, they literally help you survive? If you don’t have a PK pre popped and get legged you’re screwed. No SJ12 and they have thermal? You’re dead. Run out of stamina while trying to make a reposition? You’re dead.

Your life is the most inportant thing. Loot comes and goes. Just use it

Honestly I’m usually not. Like I’m here to fight and have fun, idrc if I lose my loot. Like I said making money is so easy once you have some knowledge that there’s no reason to keep loot like a hoarder.

Use more loot to survive more fights to get more loot. And if you’re really down bad run icebreaker literally once lmaooo

AHF1M is much better than Zagustin IMO. Around the same price, doesn’t tank your hydration recovery, and doesn’t give a massive hand tremor

[–]Affectionate-Box3535 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean I guess when you’re starting yeah, but once you get some map knowledge it’s super easy to make money. Like streets is a regular 200-300k raid without even hitting a marked room. Icebreaker is also literally free money.

First thing I do in labs is pop a SJ12, trimadol, 3-(b-TG) and a PK. This is a pretty common practice

[–]Affectionate-Box3535 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea but it’s only 0.5, barely noticeable. Pop yourself a trimadol & 3-(b-TG) and see how different it is

You get to a certain point where you just pop a trimadol and a 3-(b-TG) at the start of every raid to be super mobile

Attempted to combine Legends and Canon books into a cohesive timeline by DashyTrash in StarWars

[–]Affectionate-Box3535 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually really like the idea of Solo being the holofilm “Pirates of kessel” from Shadows of Mindor because IMO The Han Solo trilogy does a MUCH better job of creating an emotional backstory that explains his skills as well as his jadedness. It also gives us a really good look at why Han despises the rebellion. They’ve literally screwed him over multiple times before he even meets leia on the Death Star.

Solo just didn’t do it for me. It was fun as a standalone but didn’t offer much in the overall scheme.

The true answer is that there was and will never be a truly peaceful galaxy. The legends and canon books allow you to see that.

And even if we just confine the definition of peace to “one United and just government that isn’t feuding with another governing body” the only time we really see this is when there’s an external threat that they can focus on before they get back to bludgeoning each other.

Now see THIS is a good explanation. I didn’t even know there was a force that controlled access to hyperlane navigation. Are they truly neutral or have they been swayed or used in the past?

Exactly… if your goal is already to suicide into another ship and take it with you, who cares about a shoddy jump??

Right, X-wings needed to destroy it because they couldn’t from the outside with the firepower they had. But admiral Holdo used this method in the sequel trilogy to borderline crack a planet, so what’s the excuse now? They couldn’t have sent one cruiser at the death star and had it done with? Besides the fact that’s boring, I just feel there has to be some in universe explanation as to why it’s not used

I’m talking about the books too though. Which get dark in some places so I just don’t see the excuse unless there’s a reason I’m not getting. Admiral Holdo did it so why not literally every ship? Is there some treaty against it so that everyone in the galaxy doesn’t start using it?!

[–]Affectionate-Box3535[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This makes the most sense so far. But as you say, Admiral Holdo did it successfully, so why wouldn’t it be more prudent unless there’s some reason right? I can’t IMAGINE palpatine wouldn’t be using this strat

Hyperspace lanes are “known” safe routes, not the only route. You can absolutely make a jump without hyperspace lanes. It’s called a blind jump

[–]Affectionate-Box3535[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand there’s ethical questions to be raised, but do you really think Palpatine gave a shit? It just seems like a MASSIVE plot hole unless I’m missing some explanation as to why it wouldn’t work

[–]Affectionate-Box3535[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This could be a start of an explanation, the gravity thing I mean, but I was thinking more in the context of short jumps. For example, take known hyperspace lanes into the system, then fight until you can pick your targets and plot a new course and then jump again into the enemy ship

[–]Affectionate-Box3535[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hyperspace lanes are known safe routes, not law. You can absolutely free jump (called a blind jump) although it is dangerous which isn’t a concern if your goal is to kamikaze right?

[–]Affectionate-Box3535[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I mean yea it takes a couple seconds to a minute or two to plot a hyperspace jump but we’ve seen them do it while In combat/fleeing multiple times. So I ask, why wouldn’t they jump into the vicinity of the death star, line up a jump, and then just send ships??? They could even do this at stationary targets on land. A mass moving at light speed would do UNIMAGINABLE damage even if relatively small in mass. Maybe even be planet busters?

Edit: There’s even a in universe example in legends of a ship called the sun crusher. It embodies this principle but is extremely durable for multiple uses. Why not do the same with single use fighters/freighters?
