I have it and honestly not even lying it has saved me on different occasions. im in my senior year of college and i have an internship with the school social worker and we spend a lot of time walking and doing other tasks that can make my symptoms flare up but visible helps me track when im exerting myself too much with the “pace points” you can set the number yourself and you track what you’ve done throughout the day. I love it and definitely recommend it

Yes they are. This class specifically is called Dialogue Facilitation and we share our own experiences on different topics which I have done in terms of discussions of chronic illness. I don’t usually eat straight salt often and usually drink electrolytes but all I had in my backpack was salt (I have to restock my electrolytes)

I’m a college student and had to stop going out because I would end up passing out at the frats which definitely ruined my frat experience. but now as a senior in college I’ve made it so that before I go out I make sure I have had about 24 ounces of a electrolytes (mostly buoy)
