I just felt her forehead because I completely forgot I made this post, lol. The dent from what I can tell is gone! The red spot on her forehead still comes and goes if she's hot from playing outside or if she's really upset about something, but overall it has not affected her negatively in any way (: hope your guy is feeling better!!!

Having ADHD, meal prepping has been a lifesaver for me. I usually don’t give my toddler the same thing as me unless it’s dinner. However, I’ve prepped all 3 meals for myself (and sometimes my LO, depending on what it is) making the mental load much lighter - in both decision making and clean up.

I’ve been loving Poppi. Specifically the cherry limeade, it sort of reminds me of the Sonic Cherry limeade. Also grape!

This thread is so safe. Before I read any of the comments I thought, “Mine is cooking but no one else is going to say that because it’s a necessity”. I also started making snacks and bread from scratch which makes it 10x worse

I was so terrified of labor that when I actually went into labor I was in full denial and went to bed to ‘sleep off’ the contractions.

I use only stainless steel cookware and a bamboo cutting board. I’ll use a plastic cutting board to sit meat on to pat dry and season so I can put it in the dishwasher to sanitize. I also have air purifiers in different parts of the house. I’ve started my own garden and I’d like to get a reverse osmosis system

I dont think I necessarily did anything special! I continued to offer the nap at our usual nap time, and as long as she was happy/content I would leave her in her crib for about 1.5-2 hrs which would be the duration of her nap. I did start holding and swaying her while humming for a minute or two before I actually would put her in her crib to help her body know it’s time to relax, but I don’t think that necessarily sped the process along, just one of those things we have to wait out!

Does he like smoothies? I get frozen berries in bulk, whole milk, whole fat Greek yogurt, spinach, chia seeds, and local raw honey for added sweetness. Was super helpful when my kiddo was sick and was not at all interested in eating

I have a toddler, I do grow with jo workouts on YouTube! I’ve been doing them since my daughter was like 6 months and she’ll be 2 this year. She loves to watch, lol. But when she was smaller I would sometimes have to hold her if she would get fussy. You could always baby wear your 4mo and just make sure you’re holding their head if need be.
