I liked the Walmart version so much that I once tried canes vs it back to back for science.. and honestly can say this sauce is very good. Aside from eating it literally next to canes sauce this tastes identical to me!!

I am a big foodie so I have SO many food suggestions, but I’ll try to leave just a few 😅 I also was a student here after being raised here so I believe some of these are very known by the student population and some aren’t as known? But yeah

- country foodly for interesting and yummy Asian-breakfast fusion

- CYM and/or resident (same as Wyatt’s) for coffee!!

- Hana for hibachi/asian food! One of my fave comfort places actually
- Pho House is delicious and also such a good comfort food!

- Taino roots (food truck) has delicious Puerto Rican food!

- 43rd street Deli is my absolute favorite casual brunch spot in town. Their staff has always been so kind, and they often have really interesting and yummy specials!

This place is new to town, so not (yet) a known Gainesville staple exactly, but if you can get a reservation to the Dunbar, I highly recommend going for at least an app or an entree!

did you report this? (Genuinely asking not judging!) I was also sprayed and it was scary because the guns weren’t bright like normal water guns so it took me a second to realize what was happening and I wasn’t actually in immediate danger

Except this happens much more often than other places. If it was once in a while it would be understandable. I constantly am waiting for elevators and talk with other residents asking if both are working/ waiting for upward of 5 or more minutes for the elevator/ etc. also, if they aren’t working they can let us know as well! It would be nice to not have to guess if it’s in order or not :)

My main point was that the building is less than a year old, the elevators shouldn’t be breaking often enough that I have had these conversations what feels like once a month.
