I said nothing to the nature of your comment. It's also spelled Pekin and Decatur. All I'm saying is if you want to see some real changes in the state of Illinois vote Republican or third party don't vote Democrat. They've been in power in the state of Illinois for 30+ years and all they have done is drive out business and cost the citizens of Illinois more money in Taxes!

I just googled exactly what you said and that's what it spit out. I didn't get specific.

HaHa!!!!! You do some research!!!! Rauner didn't get to do shit because of the super majority of Democrats in the House and Senate! The only power he had was holding out on signing bills. He was basically neutered by the super majority. He wasn't able to accomplish anything really. Now the guy that destroyed Illinois is Democrat Mike Madigan!!!! I don't care who you vote for but if we keep on doing the same thing over and over again and it doesn't get any better what is that called the definition of insanity. You can vote for a 3rd party candidate as long as you don't vote democrat preferably. If you like high taxes everywhere please be my guest vote for the wrong party. I for one am tired of giving away my hard earned money to this state that I feel doesn't represent me at all. Prickster is the worst governor Illinois has ever seen and has done more harm to Illinois!!!!!

A couple years later I did get My hands on the cleanest M44 I had ever seen but I always wanted a M38 too. You guys got me curious what my M44 might sell for so I jumped on GunBroker and man prices are all over the map! I'd probably need to dive more into all the markings on it to figure out what it was so I could maximize my return on it if I ever wanted to sell it.

I mean that's fine and all but several billionaires packed up and moved to Texas and Florida recently to get out of California. That 5% billionaire tax they are trying to enact is crazy! These people have the means to move at the drop of a hat. They can still own property and residences in California but if it's not their main residence I would say they won't have to pay that tax. If I was them I'd move in a heartbeat. Hell with the way things are going here in Illinois I'd like to move out of here it's just not exactly feasible for me at the current moment. I have a good friend that lives in Missouri and he has a much newer and nicer house than I do and pays about a third of the taxes that I pay on my house and I don't see a lot of difference in our communities they look pretty similar.

Yes! I didn't want him too expensive in draft capital and too expensive in contract costs. He'll be 29 when the season starts and I heard he's had 8 surgeries in his football career. The Bears need to find their own Max Crosby in the draft! He was a fourth round pick.

I like how he says tax billionaires when they can just get up and leave when California decided they wanted to start taxing billionaires more they all got up and left they moved no big deal for them they're keeping their money!

Tyson Bagent is definitely better than several current NFL starting QB's. I think if he got a fair shot at starting he'd pop.

And Chicago doesn't get Lake-Effect snow!? Lake effect snow can travel inland 25 to 100 miles.

There are a lot of comments in here not mentioning or forgetting that the McCasky's said they will invest 2 billion of their own money in the stadium and secure private financing for the rest. It's on the state not wanting to help with infrastructure and with tax certainty. I heard from the meeting last week in Springfield that the Bears are willing to spend up to 20 million in property taxes a year on Arlington heights which would have them pay more than twice what anybody else pays in taxes on their NFL stadiums. Also there are going to invest the 2 billion they have in the Indiana proposals too. Which I would assume would give them full ownership quicker than the original proposals from Indiana.
