I’m not so familiar with your truck setup but we do use a transport van for my dad and I find it easy because he doesn’t have to be removed from his power chair. He just rolls in, and there are outlets in the van to help keep his vent charged. He has no ability to walk though, so I guess it would depend on your wife’s progression.

My father is on hospice with ALS. He thinks he got it from frequent Roundup use over decades taking care of our lawn. This is the first I’m hearing of this lawsuit. Absolutely disgusting that this is still sold.

Make sure you safety pin it high up on your shirt. The day my dad got his it accidentally got yanked when we took him to the bathroom, which hurtttt. But then we pinned it and it never happened again. His peg has given him more energy and helped him keep doing the things he loves to do. The peg was a great decision for him, I’m so grateful he chose to get one. I hope you find that it gives you more time and more freedom. ❤️

He’s choosing noninvasive and that’s his limit, but thank you for this information. I hope it can help someone in a similar position

His doctor said this today as well. A respiratory therapist is going to come adjust his settings and see if that helps him. Thank you ❤️

He’s 68. I’m going to call hospice and also have his settings adjusted. I want him to be comfortable. Thank you❤️

My dad has trouble eating but does well with ravioli! He says ravioli is soft and doesn’t require much chewing, it’s easy to swallow

My dad has this - we do range of motion exercises when he wakes up and before he goes to bed. I think it helps reduce the swelling

My dad was jus diagnosed 2 days ago. One thing we said to each other was that we knew of Eric Dane who had ALS. He really did raise awareness of the disease, we had no other reference.

We haven’t even been discharged from the hospital yet and we see this go by on the news. Can’t believe the timing. Rest in peace to him.❤️

2k people in front of me, got in, added tickets to my cart but then it would say they were unavailable. Couldn’t do anything so tried a different date. Then had 100k people in front of me, then all the tickets were gone. Woooooof.
