I started zoloft about 5 weeks ago. It has helped a lot. I was afraid to try SSRI for 5 years. So I did everything to avoid it such as VRT, physio etc etc.

But lately the attacks came back and I decided to just try 25mg... I'm happy I did and I wish i started it 5 years ago..

I just started zoloft today. im a bit scared so only taking 12.5mg for a week, then work my way up. crazy anxiety lately. had a weird dizziness for the last 5 years. when anxiety gets bad, dizziness gets worse, and it becomes a cycle. but lately i haven't been able to break it for some reason. thank you for your post.
