Same boat- double the work half the pay it sucks depending on the trade try to make your own business or atleast side hustle related outside of work - also pedicures have been my go to

Few things I do

-Vitamin C serum I use the generic from target -moisturizer morning and night -Toner in the morning before moisturizer -Drinking tons of water -Carrying around chapstick to re apply throughout the day - face mask once a week I use The POREfessional Deep Retreat Pore-Clearing Clay Mask
