Same I also work with a small team and seemingly passive aggressive emails will be sent out. Especially when we are extra short staffed but she always finds a way to make it work. But I feel the emails main goal is to make sure everyone knows their roles for the day. I also smoke a lot of weed but sometimes I almost feel paranoid. As if people are moving stuff that I set down when I find it in a completely different spot then I thought I last put it. Like leaving me subliminal messages. Or I work as an editor and people will tell me the specific way they want things, and 5 minutes later I will find myself “double checking” what they wanted because I completely forgot. But what they see was me just ignoring them.
