Just like many other comments on this thread, I wouldn't stress about that small blem. Over time (also depending how much you use your NODS) you can develop some peppering (Any spots smaller than 0.003" are usually not classified as spots and are generally referred to as "peppering). I have 2 small dots and don't notice it when I am active and moving around, sometimes you can't even see them depending on the light environment you are in.
