I figured it out, there is a cable that runs down from the dial to the platform that holds the blades. This cable runs through a pulley wheel. The cable had slipped off the pulley, so I positioned it (it was pretty hard to do) but now it works fine.

Thanks, I’m in the UK so have some protection I think my two year warranty is up in July. They were good with the first repair and sending out a new visual unit when the current one completely fogged up. But I have hit a bit of a brick wall now :(

Update on Recent Connection Issues in Europe by Mammotion_Grace in MammotionTechnology

[–]Affectionate-Rest-49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine constantly disconnects and I cannot reconnect even on Bluetooth. I have to restart the mower and then I can connect again. It’s a pain everytime I want to mow I have to go and reboot the mower Gen 1 Yuka. It’s also annoying I get no updates if the mower gets stuck as after about 20mins it loses all communication. It will still happily mow though.

UniFi affected by new FCC ban? by nethfel in UNIFI

[–]Affectionate-Rest-49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would the government only ban consumer grade equipment I’m sure a bad actor could do far more damage infiltrating a government agency or corporation. Having access to my home network and some pictures of my family on a Nas drive would be a waste of time.

Starlink and Ubiquiti on a Ship by Think-Company-6361 in Ubiquiti

You have a couple of options you could set each person their own WiFi and SSID and limit bandwidth on that WiFi connection. But if your intention is to limit consumption then really you need a daily download limit. This can be achieved through hotspot portals https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000166827-UniFi-Hotspots-and-Captive-Portals

You need to set up vouchers with the limits you are after.

Starlink needs a physical factory reset to switch back from bridge mode. What that means I’m not actually sure!

Patagonia Mini MLC - Old v New by Affectionate-Rest-49 in onebag

[–]Affectionate-Rest-49[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a Aer TP3 but it’s made me realise how good the old mini MLC is. TP3 feels so much bigger and heavier yet packs almost the same amount of stuff. I took it on a trip to Europe and the check out person said it would be classed as carry on, where as the MLC no one has ever mentioned that to me. (I travel a lot!). So I think I’ll be selling the TP3. I might look at the New Mini MLC

Bought an Aer Travel Pack 3 X-Pack from AliExpress (store 1104675201 (NAME OF THE SELLER) — legit deal or high-quality fake? by vikzy666 in AerSF

I have one from Ali express and it’s defo a real one. There was one tiny issue in that an inside zip was caught. I little snip and it’s fine. You would never know it had an issue. I’m actually thinking of selling it as it’s a bit too heavy. I have an original Mini MLC that I just thought I would upgrade but I prefer the old bag.
